I decided to go back into this world of mine of "MAYO'S WORLD". Why? Its been a while since i last blogged and its always good to start fresh. Lets update. I currently don't work for Wolfgang Puck catering company. I decided to take a independent route of starting a food truck business with my Aunt. During that time, i thought it would be a good idea. Sadly enough, it was not. I did learn a lot though. How to run and manage a business, which i believe takes trails and errors to perfect. Its not as easy. So all those independent businesses, I give you kudo's.
Starting by next year hopefully I am able to run my own food truck business. CHASING PARADISE will be my up most project in which I will do the best of capabilities to make this successful. Jason Venters and Edward are the master minds of this truck. They will twist your pallet with mouth watering flavors. They will incorporate there own definition of paradise with food. As for me, I will be handling the desserts. Pecan Pies are going to be featured with Chasing Paradise!!!! Mayo's world will no longer be posting up random blogs, but to rave about Chasing Paradise.
